  This month, we looked into the concept of Love Languages.

  Love languages refer to the different ways people express and receive love. The concept was introduced by Dr. Gary Chapman in his book <i style=”background-color: var(–bb-content-background-color); font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>The 5 Love Languages: The Secret to Love That Lasts. According to Chapman, understanding others’ love language (and your own) can help improve communication and deepen emotional connections in relationships.

  Out of the 5 love languages, we digged deeper into the words of affirmation.

  Biblical Words of Affirmation are positive, encouraging, and empowering statements rooted in Scripture, designed to uplift and remind people of God’s promises, love, and faithfulness. Through our words of affirmation, we help affirm our brothers’ and sisters’ worth, purpose, and identity in Christ. When you speak or meditate on these truths, they can provide comfort, encouragement, and a sense of peace in various life situations.
