Mission Statement
We educate, train, and connect Christians to live as disciples of Christ, comprehensively equipping them to fulfill their God-given roles and transform nations.
Vision Statement
To build a global network of Christ-centered individuals who embody His teachings and transform their spheres of influence for God’s kingdom.
What is Blue Ocean?
Blue Ocean is a decentralized, interdenominational Christian movement aiming to create leaders who transform lives and societies.
Our structure integrates mission-focused outreach and stable church ministries, allowing individuals to find and follow their unique roles in advancing God’s kingdom.
Discovering Your Role in God’s Kingdom
At the heart of our mission is a simple truth: every Christian is uniquely called to live as a disciple of Christ. But what does that look like in daily life? Our movement embraces the belief that every believer is a “missionary” in one of three ways:
- Full-Time Missionaries
- Solely dedicated to mission work.
- Example: The 12 Disciples, who focused entirely on spreading the Gospel.
- Self-Supporting Missionaries
- Fund their mission work independently through other professions.
- Example: The Apostle Paul, who supported his ministry as a tentmaker.
- Specialized Missionaries
- Use their professional fields as platforms for mission.
- Example: Joseph, who served God’s purpose as a governor in Egypt.
Guiding You to Fulfill Your Role
The ultimate goal for every Christian, no matter the role or scale, is to build God’s Kingdom. Through our programs, resources, and networks, we help Christians discover, nurture, and live out their role (as a full-time, self-supporting, or specialized missionary) with purpose and effectiveness.
Why do we need to transform nations?
God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth.”
Genesis 1:28
Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Matthew 28:18-20
God calls every Christian to transform the world by applying biblical principles—in essence, to establish His Kingdom on Earth. This mission requires each person to use their unique gifts and expertise to bring Christ-like influence to nations.
How can we transform a “nation”?
Transforming a nation begins with three foundational steps:
- Discipleship: First, we must mature as Christians, growing in faith and character.
- Networking: Second, we need to connect with other believers to foster unity and collaboration.
- Kingdom-Building: Finally, we must lead and influence the world by embodying Christ’s teachings in every aspect of life.
Nation is a big term. Let’s break it down –
A nation may seem like an abstract concept, but it is composed of key building blocks. These components, referred to as the “8 Mind Molders,” shape the fabric of every society:
“8 Mind Molders”
- Government
- Education
- Economy
- Arts & Entertainment
- Science
- Family
- Media
- Religion

By bringing biblical values to these areas, we can inspire lasting transformation and create a world that reflects God’s Kingdom.\
