Blue Ocean ANC is the ecclesiological home of the Blue Ocean movement — a church that exists not in one place but in many, bound together not by institutional structure but by shared spiritual DNA, shared mission, and a shared commitment to raising up a generation of Kingdom builders.
You do not need to attend a Blue Ocean ANC to be part of the Blue Ocean movement. But if you are looking for a church community that takes both the Gospel and the Great Commission seriously — that forms disciples for every sphere of society and sends them out to build the Kingdom — this is what we have built.
What Is ANC
All Nations Church — Redefined
ANC stands for All Nations Church. It is not a denomination. It is not a franchise. It is not a mother church with satellite campuses. It is one church — expressed in multiple locations across multiple nations — held together by a common faith, a common mission, and a common way of life.
There is no headquarters. There is no home campus. No single location is more central than another. The network is strictly horizontal — each ANC community is a full and complete expression of the whole, not a branch of something larger happening somewhere else.
Within each local community, leadership is real and pastoral authority is exercised with care. Between communities, the relationship is one of mutual accountability — ANC leaders hold one another responsible across distances and borders, not through institutional hierarchy but through genuine relationship and shared commitment.
Blue Ocean ANC is the expression of this church that carries the Blue Ocean movement as its defining missional focus — forming young adults as disciples and deploying them as Kingdom builders into every sphere of society.
What Makes ANC Different
No Headquarters
Every location is a full expression of the church. No campus is central. No city is home base.
Horizontal Accountability
ANC communities hold one another mutually accountable — peer to peer, not top to bottom.
Shared DNA
Unity is not institutional. It is spiritual — a shared faith, shared mission, and shared way of forming disciples.
Contextual Expression
Each community is fully itself — shaped by its culture, its city, and its people — while remaining fully part of the whole.
Membership
Member of One.
Member of All.
Because Blue Ocean ANC is one church expressed in multiple locations, membership works differently here than it does in most churches.
When you become a member of any Blue Ocean ANC community — in Vancouver, in Seoul, in Phnom Penh — you become a member of all of them. Not in a formal or administrative sense only, but in a real and practical one.
The goal is that any Blue Ocean ANC member who arrives at another Blue Ocean ANC community anywhere in the world experiences an immediate sense of home. The same theological convictions. The same missional heartbeat. The same culture of discipleship and accountability. The same people, in a different place.
This is not a vision for the future. It is the design of the network — and it is what we are actively building toward with every community we establish.

Blue Ocean is not a closed community. It is not a club with a membership process or a network that requires credentials to enter. It is a movement — open to every young adult who is serious about following Jesus and willing to give their life to something larger than themselves.
If you already have a church, stay. Bring what you learn back to your community. The movement is bigger than any single congregation, and your local church is part of the mission field — not an obstacle to it.
